For more than 11 years, VW Inc. has proudly served individuals and families across the state of Florida. Our programs are designed to inspire at-risk youth, veterans, single-parent households, and low-income families to overcome obstacles and pursue their goals. We have also partnered with middle schools and high schools to address important issues affecting young people, including bullying, abuse, addiction, mental health, and obesity.

Students who would like to be considered for the Virtuous Woman Inc. Diamond in the Rough Scholarships for more information please contact us:
Must be 17 years of age and up
Must have a 3.0 or higher G.P.A.
Must reside in a low-income household
Must be entering a college/university in the 2018-2019 school year
Must be a U.S. resident
Must demonstrate financial need via FASFA form
Must submit an essay on the following topic:
"How can I contribute to empower other youth in my community"
Scholarship funds will be used to provide financial assistance to deserving high school seniors and college students as they pursue their educational goals. Funds may be applied toward qualified educational expenses, including tuition, textbooks, school supplies, technology, registration fees, and other essential academic costs.
For high school seniors, scholarship assistance will help reduce the financial barriers associated with transitioning from high school to post-secondary education, vocational training, or other approved educational programs. For currently enrolled college students, funds will provide continued support toward completing their degree or certificate program and maintaining academic progress.
The scholarship program is designed to encourage academic achievement, promote educational advancement, and support students who demonstrate commitment, perseverance, leadership, community involvement, and financial need. By investing in the education of these students, the program seeks to empower them to reach their full potential and become productive contributors to their families, communities, and future workplaces.
Scholarship recipients will be expected to use awarded funds solely for approved educational expenses and may be required to provide documentation verifying enrollment and/or eligible expenses.
